Logan Square CDI – Expert Panel Discussion

This past fall, 35th Ward alderman, Rey Colon, and the Metropolitan Planning Council sponsored a series of community workshops, known as the Logan Square Corridor Development Initiative.

At the third community meeting, the MPC led discussions with Logan Square neighbors about several of the scenarios proposed by neighbors during the second week of meetings. In the video above, Sarah Wick from Related Midwest, Nikki Anderson from The Michaels Organization and Todd Cabanban from CR&M discuss the economic viability of the scenarios discussed, and also answer detailed questions from neighbors who are curious about the development process.
